Custom Vinyl Stickers & Graphics

With custom vinyl cut stickers & graphics (also called computer cut window decals, pro-cut vinyl, vinyl graphics, die-cut vinyl, etc.), the vinyl is cut to shape (letters, numbers or graphics) eliminating the need for printed inks or background material. Custom vinyl stickers create a professional, hand painted appearance perfect for a sign, product, window, auto, truck or other vehicle. Vinyl graphics are provided on pre-spaced and pre-masked sheets for easy and professional application.

Vinyl Color options:
Vinyl available in white, black, red, blue, green, metallic silver and metallic gold. Material changes are possible at no additional charge (must be in 50 unit multiples). Additional Colors can be printed!

Minimum Quantity:
For sizes less than 18 square inches, the minimum order is 50 vinyl stickers. For sizes less than 57 square inches, the minimum is 25. And for sizes larger than 57 square inches, the minimum is 12 decals. Quantity price breaks are at 12, 25, 50, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2500 and 5000 on up. If you need fewer custom window decals than our minimums, review small run resources.

Material:
2 mil. premium cast vinyl. Durable and dimensionally stable - won’t shrink or crack and withstands extremely hot or cold weather, 5-7 year lifespan.

Graphic Limitations:
Lettering must be a minimum of 1/4 ” and stroke lines at least 1/16” thick. Simple and open type styles and basic graphics are recommended for this computer cut process. At least 1/8” margin around graphics should be incorporated in overall size when requesting pricing. Pricing is based on the total square inches (length X width) of overall sheet. All design layouts need to be reviewed for proper pricing and suitability for this production method.

Additional colors can be screen printed if different background color is required or when fine copy or intricate graphics are involved.

Pricing:
In order to price your request, we need to review your artwork to determine if the graphic is suitable for vinyl window decals. Please provide the length and width of your graphic including an 1/8th inch edge around the border. We will inform you if there are any problems or concerns with your graphics and if slightly reducing size would move you into a lower pricing bracket.
